Bayou Classic 1122 122-Qt. Stainless Steel Stockpot with Boil Basket (Lawn & Patio) This is a quality stainless item with a full basket and not the smaller basket that the picture showed. This was a pleasant surprise. Just realize how big this sucker really is. I could have probably done alright with the next size down.

Bayou Classic Stainless Steel Thermometer (Lawn & Patio) I’m new to home brewing and still learning and fighting the urge to buy everything. This was a really good purchase. Bayou Classic 9195 32-Quart Stainless -Steel Outdoor Turkey Fryer Kit with Burner (Lawn & Patio ) I am a guy who can be easily be happy but little things can also make me unhappy. I was expecting this burner to arrive fully assembled. It was not. And worst, it did not come with the screw that will attach this burner to the stand. I wanted to use it upon arrival but I have to wait and see when I will have the time to go out and get this missing screw. Also you can not say this is a Bayou Classic since it has no sign nor sticker saying it is anywhere. Parts are all made in China. I cannot review this as of now because I did not use it yet.
Bayou Classic SP2 Double Jet Cooker with Hose Guard (Lawn & Patio) This ain’t no wimpy burner. It makes lots of noise and uses lots of gas, but gets the job done in a hurry. Heavy duty construction to handle huge pots up to 160 quarts. Well made with quality, thicker steel parts and very nice welded joints. When you whip this rascal out, all other burners cower in fear!! I have 2 of these that I use with 100 quart pots for boiling crawfish. Recently, I used mine side by side against 2 other single jet burners that had smaller 60 and 80 quart pots. Everyone was stunned at how much faster these bad boys got the water boiling in the 100 quart pots compared to the others. Of course, the pretty black paint burns off of the red hot areas the first time you use it. I just lighly spray mine with a little WD 40 before I pack them away for the next use and they look great after three years. You could use them for lower temperature applications as they do have an adjustable regulator, but they are designed and intended for all out performance. Buy this baby and you will never look back!!
Bayou Classic 1118 32-Quart Stainless Steel Turkey Fryer (Lawn & Patio) This fryer was more then I expected. The quality was awesome and it does everything you could want out of a large stainless steel pot. I do also use it for brewing beer and it works well with that too. My only little thing I don’t like is the darkening of the bottom of the pot. I just on expensive propane burner and my stove and only gets darkened when on fryer. I’m not sure if it’s from the fryer or from the pot but the food that comes out of it is awesome.

Bayou Classic 5070 Bayou Fryer Thermometer (Lawn & Patio) I wanted a deep fryer thermometer. This looked like a good one. Unfortunately, I don’t have a Bayou fryer, and you must have one in order to use this. ugh… now I have to return.
